Dad posted an X article about a small piece of good news this week…
“Some positive news - the BBC has removed a defamatory programme about me which my co-parent and the violent individual (the man in glasses featured on my X feed) took part in.
They violated a UK court order by publicising the case which is a bit of a cheek since my co-parent now has a gag order to stop me talking.
My co-parent also ran a GoFundMe campaign falsely accusing me of abuse without any evidence so the publicity seem designed to ruin my reputation for financial gain.
This aligns with my co-parent’s actions of taking my child’s inheritance and a UK court ruling that she had previously attempted fraud and made malicious false allegations about me. This is ingrained behaviour.
Despite the UK court’s judgment, no measures were taken to prevent my co-parent from continuing to lie publicly to profit and inflict harm. In effect, the court enabled ongoing abuse.
Last week, after the BBC was presented with the thug’s assault record, questionable background, and other information, they promptly removed the content. They should have verified his character and the court order beforehand, as their failure to do so allowed defamation to occur. The BBC could be in contempt of court for not doing so.
I’m relieved the BBC ultimately recognised the truth about these two individuals.
Truth is important. Having run libellous stories, the other party got a gag order to stop the truth coming out but truth can't be buried forever and always comes out in the end. The BBC saw the truth and took action.
It's worth saying my co-parent and I agreed to resolve things with a mediated agreement in 2023 but she walked away from it. She's had an open plea to revisit that as I just want peace and safety but she refused, preferring to attack me and take her child's inheritance instead.
The frightening thing is this situation isn’t about parenting - it’s about money and destroying me.”
