A case quote from Social Services. There are so many more. I will add them as I go through my book draft.
1. From the Social Services report after my abuser alleged I had torn our child’s vagina:
“there are no bruises or tears in the vaginal area, I am worried that the mum has heightened the situation in order to get one up on <baby name>’s father and for professional support in her stopping any contact between <baby name> and her father. Should this be true, then I am really worried that the mum is using her daughter in this manner and I would question the mum’s ability to prioritise <baby name>’s needs above her own.”
My abuser even subjected our child to an unnecessary medical exam to further this particular false allegation.
It is just one of a deluge of false allegations made by my abuser over many years. The effects were immense.
Subsequently, in a 4 day trial, a court found my abuser's allegations were false and malicious.
She appealed but the Royal Courts of Justice upheld the finding, affirming that her allegations were false and malicious.
